Quote enquiries. When you send an enquiry, we collect your name and email, and — if you provide them — your phone number, message, and answers about plot and timeline, together with the project, model or manufacturer you asked about, your chosen language, and the page the enquiry was sent from. We process this on the basis of your consent, to deliver your enquiry and respond to you. For abuse prevention we store a salted hash of your IP address; we do not store the address itself.
Manufacturer claims. If you claim a manufacturer profile, we collect the contact details you submit, to administer the claim.
Sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to create and secure your account.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs for security and reliability.
Your enquiry, including your contact details, is shared with the manufacturer it concerns and with our team. We use these processors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Brevo (email delivery), Google (sign-in and, if you consent, analytics). Where these providers process personal data outside the EU/EEA — including Google sign-in and, with your consent, Google Analytics — the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell personal data.
Quote enquiries: up to 24 months from submission. Claim records: as long as needed to administer the claim. Account data: for as long as the account exists. If you ask us to email you a budget plan, we keep that plan and your address for 24 months so you can return to it, and delete them after that; plans nobody asked us to save are deleted after 30 days.
If you have an account, you can delete it yourself in your cabinet settings. That removes the account, your saved items and your request history; enquiries you already sent stay with the manufacturers who received them, with your name and contact details removed. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee). For analytics cookies, you can withdraw consent at any time using the Cookies link in the site footer; withdrawal takes effect immediately and removes Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
