OÜ Mammaste Metall was founded in October 1990 and began operations in January 1991. The company produces construction metal structures, conveyor lines, construction and mining machinery and their spare parts, tanks, log industry equipment, and various metal structures and frames. It started producing construction metal structures in 1994. In 2000, it began manufacturing conveyor lines for the wood and paper industries, later expanding to wood conveyors for the forest industry. Its products have been delivered to various parts of the world. Since 2004, most of its work has been for companies in Finland, Sweden, and Norway, with exports constituting 70-95% of its production in the last ten years. The company has 1600 m² of production space and is located at Metalli tee 3, Mammaste, Põlva vald, 63211 Põlvamaa.
