PP2 Element OÜ

PP2 Element OÜ (PPTO) specializes in subcontracting construction works, general construction, finishing works, reconstruction, and renovation. In cooperation with Estonian and Scandinavian partners, the company offers complete solutions for the construction of private houses, apartment buildings, and office buildings. It provides "Key Ready" homes, offices, and other buildings, covering all stages from design to finishing. PPTO constructs new buildings and parts using wooden pre-fabricated elements or modules and maintains its own force structure for concrete, assembly, tiling, plastering, painting, plumbing, ventilation, and carpentry. Initially, PPTO focused on renovation and reconstruction in south Estonia. Over time, its activities expanded to other building and debuilding projects across Estonia and other countries, with construction sites in Scandinavia, Iceland, and Central Europe. The Estonian entity was founded in 2018 (Reg. no: 14434618, VAT no: EE102251582), and an Icelandic entity was founded in 2023 (Reg. no: 630223-1050). Its head office is located at Vanakooli tee 10, Reola, Eesti 61707.
