Kooli 36 täielik rekonstrueerimine

An energy-efficiency reconstruction with complete solutions in Kohtla-Nõmme. 200 mm of mineral-wool insulation went onto the facade, a new concrete slab was poured with integrated underfloor-heating pipework, and the old asbestos-cement and shingle roof was replaced with a new sheet-metal roof. An economical air-to-water heat pump and new triple-glazed windows were installed, and the sauna was fully reconstructed and extended by 30 m². The project was carried out with KredEx support.
